Aims and Scope

Journal of Urological Surgery, is the official organ of Society of Urological Surgery since 2014. JUS is an open access, scientific, peer-reviewed journal in accordance with independent, unbiased, and double-blinded peer-review principles published quarterly (March, June, September, December) in English.

Journal of Urological Surgery comprehensively addresses all facets of urology and its various subspecialties. The journal disseminates original, top-tier, peer-reviewed content, encompassing Research Articles, Reviews, Case Reports, Images In Clinical Urology, and Video Articles. We prioritize submissions that are actual scientific original articles.

Journal of Urological Surgery is indexed by Web of Science-Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), DOAJ, ProQuest, EBSCO, Embase, CINAHL, British Library, Gale, IdealOnline, TUBITAK/ULAKBIM Turkish Medical Database, TurkMedline, Hinari, GOALI, ARDI, OARE, AGORA, J-GATE, CNKI and Turkiye Citation Index.

The editorial and publication processes of the journal are shaped in accordance with the guidelines of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), Council of Science Editors (CSE), Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), European Association of Science Editors (EASE), and National Information Standards Organization (NISO). The journal conforms with the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing (doaj.org/bestpractice).

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Author(s) and copyright owner(s) grant access to all users for the articles published in the Journal of Urological Surgery as free of charge. Articles may be used provided that they are cited.

Open Access Policy is based on rules of Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
